These website terms govern use of the EpisodeLift website. Specific paid services will be governed by a separate service agreement or order accepted by the customer.

Content rights

Do not submit content for production unless you own it or have sufficient authorization to reproduce, edit, process and distribute it for the intended use. Submission of a public URL alone does not grant EpisodeLift rights to commercially reuse third-party content.

Samples

A free sample request is an invitation for review, not a guarantee that EpisodeLift will produce or deliver a sample. We may decline material that presents rights, safety, technical or commercial concerns.

No performance guarantee

EpisodeLift does not guarantee views, subscribers, monetization eligibility, revenue or platform distribution. Platform policies and performance can change.

Service terms

Paid pilot scope, pricing, revisions, delivery, cancellation, rights and publication permissions will be confirmed separately before paid work begins.
